Terms of Service

BOOKING: When you make a reservation, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is necessary to confirm your selected appointment date and time. The deposit can be settled via cash & various electronic methods. Please note that appointments needing the required deposit may not be upheld and could be canceled. The deposit payment must be completed during the booking process and has a 24-hour grace period. If the warranty remains unpaid within 24 hours of appointment scheduling, it may result in the appointment being disregarded and possibly canceled. Submitting the deposit means accepting all the policies outlined by BluPrint Media. For Collaborations/Creative Endeavors arranged without financial compensation, BluPrint Media retains full rights to utilize the captured photos in any manner deemed appropriate.

PAYMENT: Session payment is required in full before or immediately after the shoot date. We accept payment through cash & various electronic methods. So that you know, a $40 surcharge will be applied to sessions when clients are more than 15 minutes late. We are unable to extend session end times to accommodate client lateness.

CANCELLATION: In case you need to cancel your photo session, any deposits made will serve as a cancellation fee. To credit the deposits towards a future session or receive a half refund, we require at least 72 hours advance notice of cancellation. If you let us know within 24 hours of the session, the half-deposit rule will be waived, and no refund will be provided. However, you can reschedule at no extra cost within three months, based on the photographer's availability. Clients with a history of repeated cancellations may be denied service. If BluPrint Media cannot fulfill the contract due to reasons beyond our control, such as fire, casualty, act of God, illness, or emergency, the retainer fee will be returned to the client, and no further liability will arise. This also applies if photographic materials are damaged or lost during processing due to camera malfunction, shipping, or other unforeseeable circumstances not caused by the Photographer. If BluPrint Media fails for any other reason, our liability will not exceed the total amount paid.
